- يحق لموظف التوصيل فحص المنتج المرتجع قبل استلامه من الزبون.
- يحق لموظف التوصيل رفض استلام المنتج الراجع في حال تسبب الزبون بخلل في المنتج بسبب سوء الاستعمال.
- يحق للشركة رفض طلب الارجاع في حال مخالفته سياسة الارجاع.
- الارجاع متاح لكل المنتجات المتوفرة في الموقع باستثناء العطور و الملابس الداخلية و الالكترونيات كالهواتف واللابتوبات.
