- يرفع طلب الارجاع خلال مدة لا تزيد عن 14 يوم من استلام الطرد.
- يرفع طلب الارجاع من خلال ارسال طلب استرجاع من تفاصيل طلب الشراء.
- لا يتم قبول طلب الارجاع في حال اتلاف الزبون لكرتونة المنتج أو غلافه.
-يجب ان يكون المنتج المرتجع (الذي يراد إرجاعه) كاملا وغير منتقص وغير مستعمل.
- رسوم الترجيع في حال عدم وجود اي خلل في المنتج 20 ريال.
- يتم معالجة طلب االارجاع خلال مدة 5-7 ايام عمل رسمي.
- يحق لموظف التوصيل فحص المنتج المرتجع قبل استلامه من الزبون.
- يحق لموظف التوصيل رفض استلام المنتج الراجع في حال تسبب الزبون بخلل في المنتج بسبب سوء الاستعمال.
- يحق للشركة رفض طلب الارجاع في حال مخالفته سياسة الارجاع.
- الارجاع متاح لكل المنتجات المتوفرة في الموقع باستثناء العطور و الملابس الداخلية و الالكترونيات كالهواتف واللابتوبات.

- The return request shall be submitted within a period not exceeding 14 days of receiving the parcel.
- The return request is raised by sending a retrieval request from the purchase order details.
- The return request is not accepted if the customer damaged the product's carton or cover.
The returned product (which is intended to be returned) must be complete, unaltered and unused.
- Return fees in the absence of any defect in the product 20 riyals.
- The return request is processed within 5-7 official working days.
- The delivery employee has the right to inspect the returned product before receiving it from the customer.
- The delivery employee has the right to refuse to receive the returned product in the event that the customer causes a defect in the product due to misuse.
- The company has the right to reject the return request if it violates the return policy.
- Return is available for all products available on the site, except for perfumes, underwear, and electronics such as phones and laptops.
